No. We are an independent third-party publisher. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Anthropic, PBC or Pearson. We sell our own study material and do not administer exams, issue official certifications, or speak on their behalf.

No, on both counts. Registering for an exam is done with the exam administrator, and exam fees are paid to them. We do not guarantee any outcome: results depend on your preparation and experience.

Yes — that is exactly what it is for. Each course is structured so you can work through it in a few weeks, and the practice exams are designed for timed rehearsal close to your test date.

Exam details come from the official program page for that certification, and every certification page links to it. Some program listings sit behind a partner login; where we cannot read a figure at the source we leave it out rather than estimate it. Always check the official page before booking or paying an exam fee.

Never. Reproducing real exam items would breach the exam owner's copyright and the candidate agreement. Every question is original and written for this project, and each one includes a rationale explaining why the other options are wrong.

We revise the affected material, increment its version number, update the “last updated” date, and email everyone who owns that product with a summary of what changed. Updates are free for as long as the product exists.

Email support@aiexamlab.com with the page and the source. We treat accuracy as the product: we fix confirmed errors quickly and refund in full if material was materially wrong.

Payments are handled by our payment provider; where a merchant-of-record provider is used, that provider is the seller on your invoice and handles VAT, GST and sales tax.

If the provider acts as merchant of record, tax is calculated from your billing location at payment and shown on your invoice — we never add an estimate to the price you see. Where no merchant of record is used, no tax is collected and any tax you owe in your own jurisdiction is your responsibility.

Coupon codes can be applied at checkout. We do not currently run a student discount programme, but contact us if you are teaching or studying full-time and we will consider it.

No. Every product is a one-time purchase with lifetime access.

Immediately. Access is granted the moment your payment is confirmed, you receive a receipt by email, and everything appears in your dashboard. Some payment methods confirm within minutes rather than seconds; your dashboard reflects the real state either way.

Yes, where a product includes downloadable files. Download links are generated on request, are signed, and expire within five minutes — so a link you share does not become a shared library. Video lessons stream in the player.

We can issue a certificate of completion for our own courses, once every lesson is finished. It clearly states that it is for an independent course, is not the Claude certification, and is not evidence of passing any exam.

Email us and we will remove your account and learning data within 30 days. We must retain order and tax records for as long as accounting law requires; our Privacy Policy explains exactly what is kept and why.
