Accessibility Statement

Our accessibility commitments, the standard we target, and how to report a barrier.

Last updated

Our commitment

We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or who have motion sensitivity or cognitive differences.

Standard we target

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. Concretely, that means: semantic landmarks and a logical heading order; a visible focus indicator on every interactive element; colour contrast meeting AA for text and UI; full keyboard operability, including the catalog filters, course player and practice tests; form fields with programmatically associated labels and errors announced to assistive technology; text alternatives for meaningful images and `aria-hidden` on decorative ones; and respects your operating system's reduced-motion setting, which disables smooth scrolling and all scroll animation on this site.

Known limitations

  • Video lessons are delivered as a placeholder slot in the current build; captions and transcripts must be supplied with the real media before launch.
  • Third-party checkout pages are controlled by the payment provider, and their accessibility is outside our control — although it is a factor in which provider we choose.
  • Seeded sample content has not yet had a full manual screen-reader pass; that pass is part of the pre-launch checklist.

Reduced motion

This site animates on scroll. If your device is set to reduce motion, smooth scrolling is disabled and content appears without animation. You can also disable it per-site in your browser or operating system settings.

Reporting a barrier

If something blocks you, email support@aiexamlab.com with the page and what happened. We treat accessibility barriers as bugs: we aim to reply within 5 working days and to fix confirmed blockers within 30 days. If you need material in another format, ask and we will provide it.

Assessment approach

Accessibility is built into the components rather than retrofitted: focus management, labels, live regions and reduced-motion handling are implemented in the shared UI layer, so new pages inherit them. Automated contrast and landmark checks, plus a keyboard-only pass over the purchase and learning flows, form part of the launch checklist.
