Refund Policy

The 14-day money-back guarantee

If the material is not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason. Requests go to support@aiexamlab.com with your order reference.

We refund to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds usually arrive within 5–10 business days. Access to the refunded material is removed when the refund is processed.

Digital content and your right to cancel

EU, UK and Swiss consumers normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right can be lost once supply begins with your express consent and acknowledgement. Our policy is deliberately more generous than that: we honour 14 days regardless, so you do not have to defend a decision to change your mind.

If you would prefer to preserve your statutory cancellation right instead, contact us before you access the material and we will withhold access until the cancellation period ends.

What we cannot refund

• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
• Purchases where the material has been redistributed, published or shared, which is a breach of our terms.
• Exam fees or any booking paid to a third party — we never receive those payments and cannot refund them.
• Repeated refund requests that indicate the guarantee is being used as a way to obtain material for free.

Faults and wrong descriptions

If material is materially defective, or an exam detail we labelled as verified turns out to be wrong, tell us and we will correct it and refund you in full — outside the 14-day window and regardless of how much you have accessed.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued through the provider that took the payment. Where a merchant-of-record provider handled the sale, that provider processes the refund and its own policy and timelines also apply. Refunds include any VAT or sales tax that was charged.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before starting a chargeback. We resolve almost every case within a day, and a chargeback takes far longer and suspends access while it is investigated.
