Agreement and acceptance

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and [COMPANY LEGAL ENTITY] ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this site, creating an account, buying material, or using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy anything here. If you are between 16 and the age of majority, you may use the site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. We do not direct this service at children under 16.

If you use the service for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and "you" includes it.

We may refuse, suspend or end access where these Terms allow it or where the law requires it. Nothing in these Terms requires us to enter into a contract with any particular person.

What we sell, and what we do not

AI Exam Lab is an independent educational publisher. We sell our own study material — courses, practice exams, reference sheets and flashcards — relating to examinations administered by third parties.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, approved by or otherwise connected to Anthropic, PBC, Pearson, or any examination or certification body. We do not administer examinations, we do not issue official certifications, we do not register anyone for an exam, and buying from us creates no relationship with any of those organisations.

We do not guarantee that you will pass any examination, achieve any score, obtain any certification, or obtain or keep any job. Outcomes depend on your preparation, experience, the examination itself and decisions made by third parties. Any statement on this site about an exam's fee, format, content, weighting or objectives is provided for general information, may change without notice, and must not be relied on as a statement by the exam owner.

The material is educational content only. It is not legal, financial, medical, security, compliance, engineering or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for the official documentation of any product or for advice from a qualified professional. You are responsible for how you apply anything you learn here.

Some content is drafted, illustrated, checked or improved with the assistance of automated tools. We review material before publication, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current, error-free or suitable for your particular purpose. Before relying on any statement in a production system, verify it against the current official documentation.

Every practice question is original material written for this product. We do not reproduce, reconstruct or paraphrase confidential examination questions, and we do not sell or facilitate exam dumps, braindumps or any other material intended to breach an exam owner's rules.

Your account

An account is required to purchase and to access material. You must provide accurate, current details, keep your credentials and devices secure, and tell us promptly at support@aiexamlab.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, whether or not you authorised it, except to the extent the law says otherwise. One account per person. Do not create an account for someone else, share one, or operate several to obtain repeated benefits.

Access is personal to you. Sharing, reselling, publishing, sublicensing or transferring our material, or circumventing any access control, is a material breach of these Terms.

We may ask you to verify your email address or other details, and may close an account that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, automated, or created to evade a suspension.

Licence you receive

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited licence to access and use that material for your own learning, for as long as we operate the service and you comply with these Terms. Where we state lifetime access, that means the lifetime of the product and the service, not your lifetime, and it is subject to these Terms.

You may print or download provided files for personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, upload, mirror, scrape or bulk-download them; make them available on a file-sharing, torrent, course-resale or notebook service; use them to train, fine-tune or evaluate machine-learning models; or present them as your own or as official material.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved. We and our licensors own the material, the site, the design and our marks. If you send us feedback or a correction, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it without obligation to you; we will not publish your name without permission.

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright or trademark, email legal@aiexamlab.com with the details described in our Intellectual Property Notice. We will remove or disable material that is the subject of a valid notice.

Price, tax and payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated and are payable in full at checkout. Where a merchant-of-record provider is used, that provider is the seller on your invoice and is responsible for calculating, collecting and remitting applicable VAT, GST and sales tax.

We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects a purchase you have already completed.

Updates and changes to material

Certification requirements change. When they do, we revise affected material and increment its version number. Version updates to material you own are provided at no extra cost, and we email you when a product you own materially changes.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access material you have not purchased, or another person's account.
• Do not scrape, mirror, frame, index for a competing service, or bulk-download the site or its content.
• Do not use the material during an examination where the exam owner's rules prohibit it, impersonate another candidate, or share confidential exam content.
• Do not upload malicious code, probe, scan, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the service or its security features.
• Do not create accounts or make purchases by automated means, or use stolen payment instruments.
• Do not use the service to break any law, infringe any third party's rights, harass anyone, or misrepresent an affiliation with us or with any exam owner.
• Do not use the service if you are subject to sanctions that prohibit it, or export content in breach of export-control law.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service and all material are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. We specifically disclaim any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, security, or that defects will be corrected.

We do not warrant that the service will be available at any particular time, that access will never be interrupted, or that data will never be lost. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you download and for not relying solely on this service.

No advice or information, whether written or oral, obtained from us or through the service, creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms, and no statement about examination content or outcomes may be relied on as a guarantee.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service, the material or these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statute or otherwise — is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us for the material giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event giving rise to liability, or (b) USD 100.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss or damage, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, reputation, data, use or anticipated savings, or the cost of substitute goods or services, even if we were advised of the possibility of that loss and even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose.

This allocation of risk is a fundamental basis of the bargain between us: the prices we charge assume it, and the service would not be offered on these terms without it. You agree that the limitations are reasonable in the circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one year after the date on which the claim arose. A longer period applies where local mandatory law provides one.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for gross negligence or wilful misconduct where that cannot be limited. If you are a consumer, you keep every statutory right and remedy available in your country of residence; where such a right conflicts with a limitation here, the right prevails to the extent required, and the remaining limitations continue to apply.

Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Exam Lab, its owner, officers, employees, contractors, licensors and service providers from and against any claim, demand, action, investigation, loss, liability, damage, penalty, fine, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your breach of these Terms; your misuse of the service or the material; content or information you submit; your breach of any law or third-party right; your conduct in an examination or towards an exam owner; or any claim made by a third party that arises from your use of the material.

We may assume the defence of any matter covered by this indemnity, and you agree to cooperate reasonably. This indemnity does not apply where it would be unenforceable against a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

Assumption of risk

You understand and accept that preparing for and taking an examination carries risk: you may not pass, an exam may change or be withdrawn, an exam fee is not refundable by us, and study material may become outdated. You accept that risk, and you agree that we are not responsible for decisions made by an exam owner, an employer or any other third party about your results, eligibility or employment.

Third-party services and links

Payments are processed by a third-party provider, and the site may link to or embed services we do not control. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, acts or omissions, and a link is not an endorsement.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, or cancel an order if you materially breach these Terms (including sharing or redistributing material, attempting to access material you did not buy, or abusing the service), if we are required to by law, or if continuing would expose us or another person to risk. Where we terminate for convenience and you have not breached these Terms, we will refund the unused portion of any purchase.

On termination your licence ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution and governing law — continue to apply.

Force majeure

We are not liable for a failure or delay caused by something outside our reasonable control, including a failure of the internet, a hosting or payment provider, a cyber-attack, a power outage, an epidemic, civil unrest, a labour dispute, or an act of government.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. Changes never apply retroactively to a completed purchase.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the service are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country in which you live, and nothing here removes a forum that those laws give you.

Before starting formal proceedings, please email legal@aiexamlab.com with a description of the dispute and the outcome you are seeking, and give us 30 days to resolve it. Most issues are resolved this way.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it will be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by [ARBITRATION INSTITUTION] under its consumer rules, seated in [ARBITRATION SEAT], in the English language, before a single arbitrator. The arbitrator may award the same relief a court could award, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@aiexamlab.com, in which case disputes will be heard by a court of competent jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and we each waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated or representative action, and any right to a jury trial. This waiver does not apply where it is unenforceable, including where mandatory consumer law gives you that right. If the waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim is severed and heard in court, and the remaining claims proceed in arbitration.

Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, or seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information, without first arbitrating.

General

These Terms, the Refund Policy, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, the Intellectual Property Notice and the Affiliate Programme Agreement (if you join it) are the entire agreement between us about the service, and replace any earlier statement or understanding. A purchase is also subject to the terms shown at checkout.

If a provision is found unenforceable, it is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of these Terms remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign ours to a successor of the business. We may give notice by email to the address on your account or by posting it on this page.

Headings are for convenience only. These Terms are drafted in English; a translation is for convenience and the English version governs. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, employment or joint venture between us.
