Affiliate Programme Agreement

The agreement

This agreement is between you (the affiliate) and AI Exam Lab, operated by [COMPANY LEGAL ENTITY] at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. By creating an affiliate account you accept it. If you do not accept it, do not join.

You join as an independent contractor, not as an employee, agent, partner or joint venturer. You have no authority to speak for us, to make offers on our behalf, or to bind us to anything. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment relationship, and you are responsible for your own tax and any registration required where you live.

Your account and your code

One affiliate account per person, and one code per account. Your code is public: it appears in your links and is visible to anyone who clicks them. Do not create an account for someone else, share an account, or operate more than one account to multiply commissions or to refer yourself.

A code may not impersonate us, a member of staff, another affiliate, or any third party, and may not suggest an official relationship with us or with Anthropic. Codes that do are refused or revoked. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

What your audience gets, and what you earn

• Your audience receives 20% off the list price when they use your code.
• You earn 30% of our net revenue on the sale — that is 30% of the price after your 20% discount, excluding tax. On a 49.00 order that is 11.76.
• One code only. Your code does not stack with a campaign coupon or any other offer; if a customer has both, your code applies.
• Commission is earned on a completed, paid sale, not on a click, a cart or an unpaid order.
• Commission becomes payable 30 days after the sale. Refunds and chargebacks before or after that point are deducted from your balance, including from a future payout.

When a payout is released

A payout is released only when all of the following are true: you have at least 3 paid sales whose 30-day hold has passed, your cleared balance is at least 50.00 USD, your payout details are complete, your account is active, and no earlier payout is still being processed.

Payouts are made by bank transfer, PayPal or Wise, in USD, to the details you supply. You are responsible for those details being correct: a payment sent to a destination you supplied is a completed payment. We may withhold or reverse a payout where we reasonably believe a sale was fraudulent, self-referred, or made to manufacture a commission.

How you may promote us — disclosure is required

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose that you earn a commission when someone buys through your link. A statement such as “I earn a commission if you buy through my link, at no extra cost to you” placed near the link or at the start of the video or post is enough. This is required by advertising law in the United States (FTC, 16 CFR Part 255) and equivalent rules elsewhere, and it is not optional. A disclosure buried in a profile, a link shortener, or a page footer does not count.

You must not describe the code as an official offer, a partnership, or a discount from Anthropic or Pearson. It is our discount, offered by us, and you are an independent promoter.

Claims you must not make

Our material is independent study material. We do not administer any examination and we do not issue certification. You must not state or imply that using your link, our material, or your code guarantees a pass, an exam result, a job, a salary, a certification, or an official credential. You must not invent statistics, pass rates, testimonials or endorsements.

You must not say or imply that you are affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or authorised by Anthropic or Pearson, and you must not use their names or logos in a way that suggests it. Accurate, factual descriptions of what the exams cover are fine; claims about the outcome are not.

If we ask you to correct or remove a claim, you must do so promptly. We may suspend your account and withhold unpaid commission while a misleading claim is live.

Promotion rules

• Do not bid on our brand name, or on “Claude certification”, “Anthropic exam” or similar terms, in paid search or paid social advertising without our written permission.
• Do not use unsolicited email, direct messages, comment spam, or post your link in communities that prohibit promotion.
• Do not offer cashback, rebates or incentives that change the effective price, or present the code as a coupon you own.
• Do not copy our product pages, pass our material off as your own, or resell access.
• Do not use cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, forced clicks, redirects that replace another affiliate's link, or any technique that attributes a sale you did not refer.
• You may use our product names and screenshots to describe what you are promoting, but not our logo as your own branding.

Fraud, self-referral and reversal

You cannot earn commission on your own purchase, on a purchase made from an account or email you control, or on a purchase made from the connection your affiliate account was created on. Affiliates do not earn commission on each other's purchases.

We review attributions automatically. Where a sale is disqualified or reversed, no commission is payable, and a commission already credited is removed. We keep an audit trail of every accrual, reversal and payout.

Termination and changes

You may stop at any time by asking us to close your account. We may suspend or end your participation if you break this agreement, if required by law, or if we discontinue the programme. Commission earned on genuine sales before termination is still paid once it clears, unless the sale is refunded or disqualified.

We may change the programme's rates, gates or rules. Changes apply to sales made after the change is published on this page; they are not applied retroactively to commission already accrued. We may also change these terms, and the current version always governs.

Liability and governing law

We provide the programme as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability under this agreement is limited to the commission payable to you in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
